Platypus Partners AB (Swedish company number 559410-6097) is a tied agent of Svensk Värdepappersservice i Stockholm AB, a Swedish investment firm authorised and regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) under the Swedish Securities Market Act (Sw. lag (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden). 

As a tied agent, Platypus Partners AB is authorised to provide the investment services of reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments, and placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis. Svensk Värdepappersservice i Stockholm AB is liable for any pure pecuniary loss caused to the customer by Platypus Partners AB within the scope of its role as a tied agent, whether intentionally or through negligence.
